The hotel had consistently courteous and very welcoming staff with wonderful customer service from everyone. It is in a favorable location, close to shops. My dining experience at the in-house restaurant near the venue was enjoyable.

As a weary traveler from Washington state, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this hotel. The helpfulness of the staff extended beyond their friendly attitudes, as they promptly fulfilled our request for an extra blanket. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food for breakfast and dinner, at amazing prices compared to the East Coast. Additionally, the hotel's location near the interstate provided convenience without the noise.

The breakfast was well priced and had lots of good food. The Hearing Accessible room with the spa tub, fresh towels, and super comfy king bed was great. The hotel is in a great and unbeatable location in the Fairview Heights St Louis area.
